As the owner of Salon 221, Jody knows that a salon is only as good as its stylists. That's why Jody, who has owned the salon for over 28 years and has been in the business for over 45 years, invests in her staff and works hard to keep them inspired and loyal. Bringing in experts to host education classes, as well as taking classes outside of the salon, Jody makes sure that herself and her staff don't fall into a rut of comfort.
